One of the key success factors that our company is established on is ensuring our employees are well-trained in the areas of health and safety within the workpalace. Our succesful tier health and safety program ensures that our employees are well-educated and work safely in the workplace.

This program consists of the following three levels :
1. Health and Safety Education.
2. Training and Development.
3. Ongoing Support.

Health and Safety Educations

Aims to inspire directors and senior managers and provide them with an understanding of their responsibility for the safety, health and wellbeing of people in their organisation

Training and Development

Training and development initiatives are educational activities within an organization that are designed to improve the job performance of an individual or group. These programs typically involve advancing a worker's knowledge and skill sets and instilling greater motivation to enhance job performance.

Ongoing Support

Continuing to exist or develop, or happening at the present moment: an ongoing investigation/process/project. No agreement has yet been reached and the negotiations are still ongoing.
